Appellation in the wine growing region Law Which was first created in 1995. It applies to white or rosé produced Crémant (Sparkling wine by the champagne method). Therefore, the varieties Poulsard, Trousseau and Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris and Savagnin approved. The grapes must originate in the appellations Arbois , Château-Chalon , Côtes du Jura or L'Etoile come. Well-known producers are Daniel et Chalandard Pascal, Domaine Geneletti, Claude Rousselot Pailley and Jacques Tissot.
