The estate is located in the municipality Mölten (Meltina) about 20 kilometers from Bolzano in the Italian wine sector South Tyrol (Area Trentino-Alto Adige ). The winery was founded in 1979 in 1,200 meters above sea level is the highest altitude vineyard Europe. The family is led by Joseph (microbiologist, viticulture engineers, contact with the wine growers) Reiterer, his wife Marianne (Customer Service) and Michael (sales, marketing). It is named after a mountain in Val Venosta. It is produced exclusively by the Champagne method sparkling wines, at least 24 months, Reserva qualities even up to five years and the yeast. There are no separate vineyards, but the use Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir comes from quality wine producers from different regions of South Tyrol as Buchholz in Salurn Appiano-mountain, and Girlan Terlan. The cultivation is controlled by the family Reiterer. After processing the grapes, the wines are different in the wine cellar after Mölten, home to the phases of the sparkling wine production. It produces different styles of sparkling wine as Millesimato (vintage sparkling wine), Blanc de Blancs (Chardonnay), variety cuvées and rosés and "Arunda Vivaldi" markets. Every year around 70,000 bottles of sparkling wine produced. There are also Vinegar distributed.
