The most important grape varieties
DOC for dry red wines in the Italian region Lazio . The zone includes the eponymous Atina further nine municipalities in the province of Frosinone. The Rosso is made from Cabernet Sauvignon (50-70%), Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Syrah (each 10-30%), and any other permitted red varieties (15%). In at least 12.5% alcohol by volume content, and two years of aging, he may reserve call. The red must be Cabernet Cabernet Franc from at least 85% and / or Cabernet Sauvignon vinified, the remaining 15% may be other authorized red varieties.
