Partly dried mandarin skins and some cardamom on the nose, yellow fruit and some old oak. Prominent orange and mandarin peel on the palate, slightly bitter notes, reminiscent of ethereal oils, some quince as well as herbaceous notes, quite austere, oaky and dry, moderate acidity, astringent on an attractive finish.

Red berries on the nose, coiffe and some dark chocolate, coconut, some lovage and light roasted notes. More prominent oak on the palate, spicy coconut and chocolate, slightly sweet notes of caramel support the berry fruit, noticeable fine-grained tannins, markedly astringent, has some substance, very slightly bitter on an otherwise attractive to good finish.

Apples on the nose, floral notes, light yeasty and elegant mineral notes. Clean, straightforward fruit, elegantly juicy, more mineral and some yeasty notes, elegant, lively acidity, persistent on the palate, has some bite, good finish.

Black berries on the nose, dried herbs and roasted notes. Tart and slightly dominated by oak, restrained fruit, medium-fine, quite prominent tannins, smoky and roasted notes on the palate, noticeable acidity, more spicy oak than fruit on the finish.
