Delicately spicy, partly dried and partly preserved yellow fruit on the palate, tart herbaceous notes, bitter in the background, integrated acidity, firm and has backbone, slightly bitter herbs on a good finish.

Delicately matured nose, pomaceous fruit, herbs and spices, earthy and light sweaty notes, some medicinal herbs. Fairly polished and fairly prominent, slightly bitter fruit on the palate, preserved pomaceous fruit and tart citrus zests, dried herbs and some spicy notes, integrated acidity, light mineral notes, has some substance and persistence, delicate apple fruit on a good, slightly bitter finish.
