Ripe. fairly juicy fruit on the palate, prominent acid bite, herbs and spices, elegant acidity, fairly prominent and very fine tannins, both astringent and bracing, good persistence, mineral traces, good finish.

2008-10-14 (84): Red berry nose, herbaceous notes, very light vegetal traces. Delicate juicy fruit on the palate, spicy vegetal and earthy notes, fairly prominent, elegant acidity, delicate sandy tannins, mineral notes in the background, fairly firm acid bite, quite full-bodied, good persistence, good finish.

2008-10-12 (84+): Very slightly tart black berries and partly dried cherries on the nose, touch of licorice, some dark spicy oak. Quite dark fruit on the palate, light oak, fine sandy and slightly astringent tannins, fairly persistent, medium body, still youthful, not particularly deep, good finish.

2008-11-13 (84): Delicately tart black berries and cherries on the nose, light roasted notes and some old oak. Cool, dark fruit on the palate, quite firmly structured, slightly tart again, slightly astringent tannins, noticeable alcohol, sweetish roasted oak, hint of licorice, slightly astringent again on an good finish.

2008-10-26 (84): Slightly tart preserved black berries and cherries on the nose, some dark roasted traces. Clear on the palate, elegant and juicy, cool, predominantly dark fruit, sweetish roasted spicy oak, hint of licorice, noticeable alcohol, good finish.

2008-10-26 (84): Ripe dark berries, some plums and cherries on the nose, sweetish roasted notes. Ripe, quite juicy fruit on the palate, some more slightly sweetish roasted, spicy oak, creamy, good persistence, very fine but slightly astringent tannins, still largely undeveloped, not particularly deep, good finish.
