Mature nose, partly dried pomaceous fruit and some stone fruit, dried herbs, light earthy and mineral notes, candied nuts and some caramel, some honey. Full-bodied and very spicy on the palate, noticeably mature again, candied and dried fruit, dried herbs, nutty oak, earthy notes, fairly lively acidity, good persistence, light tannic touch, very full-bodied, well integrated alcohol, tart, slightly bitter, and fairly spicy, very good finish.

Light amber colour. Cool, tart, vegetal nose, partly dried citrus fruit and apples. Very full-bodied, dried fruit on the palate, vegetal notes, spicy dried flowers, sugar candy, light oak, elegant, lively acidity, good persistence, noticeable alcohol, good spicy finish.

Fairly cool nose, partly preserved black berries, tart herbaceous notes, hint of licorice, light roasted notes. Polished, fairly smooth fruit on the palate, moderate oak, herbaceous and light earthy traces, medium-fine, fairly mature tannins, not particularly deep, but well made, lactic traces, good finish.

Berries on the nose, spicy coconut, chocolate and a hint of graphite- Smooth, preserved and marinated berry fruit on the palate, some rum punch, herbaceous notes, coconut and a hint of sweet chocolate, fairly prominent, medium to fine-grained tannins, fairly dominant oak, varietal characteristics and origin are pushed slightly into the background, slightly bitter and noticeably astringent on an otherwise good finish.

Full-bodied and juicy on the palate, surprisingly cool fruit considering the high alcohol, fine, mature tannins, herbaceous notes, again a touch of gravy or soup stock, persistent and very creamy, good to very good finish.
