The great cooperative association or winery in the town of Breisach (Kaiserstuhl area) in the region of Baden (Germany) was founded in 1952 and at that time was called "Central cellar wine co-Baden." The first own winery facility in 1970 was replaced by a new building in 1982 in an open area on the periphery of Breisach.
