The first own winery facility in 1970 was replaced by a new building in 1982 in an open area on the periphery of Breisach. The new winery was built according to modern and constantly adapted to the latest development. The accommodation capacity is 100 million liters of must and wine. The operation is over 30 so-called vollanliefernde Winzergenossenschaft connected to deliver all their grapes to yield grapes.
