Regional appellation northwest area of the Burgundian Cote Chalonnaise , which was classified in 2001. It covers 20 hectares of vineyards in the six communities couches, Dracy-lès-Couches, Saint-Jean-de-Trézy, Saint-Maurice-lès-Couches, Saint-Pierre-de-Varennes and Saint-Sernin du Plain in the department of Saone- et-Loire.
