One of the largest Greek wine trading houses based in Thessaloniki in the region Macedonia . The company was founded in 1879 by Ioannis Boutaris and is now managed by the fourth generation of the family already Boutaris of Constantine and his daughter Marina. Today it consists of six wineries in Greece and another in France. In almost all the Greek wine regions, there is a property of vineyards. The branded wine "Cava Boutari" is blended from Xynomavro and Agiorgitiko, extended for one year in oak barrels and matured for another in the bottle. A top product is the "Grande Reserve Naoussa Boutari" from special Xynomavro grapes, aged for two years in oak barrels and two years in the bottle.
