Tart nose, partly dried pomaceous fruit, vegetal notes, light yeasty and nutty notes. Full-bodied and quite creamy on the palate, quite firm, tart burnt yeasty notes, elegant acidity, hint of smoky and rubber, some dark chocolate in the background, good substance and persistence, good finish.
