Tart nose, cassis and partly dried red berries, delicate hint of tobacco, delicate oak, touch of fruit marinated in rum, nougat, earthy and mineral notes. Full-bodied, ripe and juicy on the palate, warm, partly dried fruit, fine sandy tannins, dried flowers, spicy oak with a hint of coconut and vanilla, persistent and very creamy, really full-bodied, very good finish.

Fairly restrained nose, red berries and some cassis, undergrowthm, spicy old oak, light mineral notes. Clear, relatively cool fruit on the palate, old oak, earthy and mineral notes, dried vegetal notes, wilted flowers, very slightly astringent tannins, good persistence, good to very good finish.

Partly dried and candied citrus fruit and some apple on the nose, caramel herbaceous and vegetal traces, slightly smoky spicy oak. Clear and very sweet on the palate, but also has an acid bite, elegant, spicy fruit, caramel and sugar candy, elegant, lively acidity, persistent, has some depth and contours, light smoky and roasted notes, spicy oak, very good finish.

Full-bodied and quite juicy on the palate, more partly overripe fruit, fine tannins, moderate spicy oak, creamy, quite firm, delicate herbaceous notes and sugar candy in the background, light acid bite, good persistence, very good finish.

Tart spicy nose, red and black berries, some grilled bell peppers, light roasted notes and oak. Clear, straightforward fruit on the palate, more elegant tart spice, moderate oak, fairly fine, firm tannins, good persistence, medium body, noticeable acid bite, slightly noticeable alcohol, has some depth, very good finish. Has improved significantly when compared to the first sample.

Clear and quite firm on the palate, red fruit, oak, slightly sandy and astringent tannins, light acid bite, slightly creamy, delicate spicy vegetal notes, quite harmonious, but not particularly deep, noticeable alcohol, attractive to good finish.

Preserved cherries and berries on the nose, hint of soup greens, noticeable alcohol and a hint of bread. Slightly jammy fruit on the palate, loads of oak, roasted aromas, sweetish chocolate, some cooked chestnuts, sandy, astringent tannins, quite creamy, but lacks depth and clear contours, noticeable alcohol, sweetish and oaky on an astringent finish.
