DOC for red, rosé and white wines in the Italian region of Tuscany . The zone includes parts of four municipalities Capalbio Manciano, Magliano in Toscana and Orbetello in the province of Grosseto. The varietal wines, Cabernet Sauvignon, Sangiovese and Vermentino must consist of at least 85% of each variety, the rest must be approved varieties of the same color. The Bianco is blended from Trebbiano Toscano (50-100%) and possibly other permitted white varieties (50%). In the same mixture of dried grapes of the white is Vin Santo produced. Rosso (also known as Reserve) and Rosato are vinified from Sangiovese (at least 50-100%) and other permitted red varieties (up to 50%).
