DOC for dry red and white wine in the Italian region of Campania . The zone includes the peninsula of Sorrento upstream eponymous island (Isola di Capri), which belongs to the province of Naples. The vineyards on calcareous lie on terraces sloping down towards the sea. The Bianco is blended from Falanghina and Greco (50-100%) and possibly Biancolella (up to 20%). The Rosso is produced from Piedirosso (80-100%) and possibly other permitted red varieties (up to 20%).
