Creamy ripe fruit on the palate, prominent toasted oak, more lactic notes, fairly fine but slightly astringent tannins, smoky notes, full-bodied and creamy, good persistence, fairly soft style, not particularly deep, very good finish.

Prominent smoke and bacon again on the palate, oak, partly dried dark fruit, vegetal and earthy notes, fairly prominent, slightly brittle oak tannins, elegant acidity, verry full-bodied, fairly persistent, still young, currently not very typical of a Valpolicella, mainly due to the strong use of oak, lactic traces, good to very good finish.

Fairly shy nose, dried and preserved berries, light herbaceous and vegetal notes. Fairly mature and delicately sweet berry fruit on the palate, touch of dark chocolate, licorice and medicinal herbs, hint of red bell peppers, slightly prominent tannins, has some substance and backbone, good finish.
