DOC for red, rosé and white wines in the Italian region of Campania . The zone includes areas in the communities Aquara, Bellosguardo, Castelcivita, Castel San Lorenzo, Felitto, Magliano Vetere, Ottati and Roccadaspide in the province of Salerno. The Bianco is blended from Trebbiano Toscano (50-60%), Malvasia Bianca (30-40%), and any other permitted white varieties (up to 20%). Rosso and Rosato are produced from Barbera (60-80%), Sangiovese (20-30%), and any other permitted red varieties (up to 20%). The unmixed wine types Barbera (with two years of aging, as reserve ), Muscat (also known as spumante) and Moscato Lambiccato (special Vinifikationsart) must contain at least 85% of each variety, the rest, other approved varieties of the same color to be.
