Castel di Salve

Fairly mature, slightly jammy nose, mixed berries, plums and cherries, herbaceous traces, touch of old oak. Tart on the palate, fairly cool fruit, prominent oak, light earthy notes, medium-fine, slightly astringent tannins, not particularly deep, fairly good finish.

Partly dried red and black berries on the nose, heavy, warm floral notes in the background, delicate earthy notes, light smoky and roasted notes. Very full-bodied on the palate, ripe fruit, tart spicy oak, slightly smoky in the background, fairly prominent, fairly fine and slightly astringent tannins, good persistence, oxidative traces, alcohol fairly well integrated, but noticeable, more sooty and earthy notes, dried berries on a good finish.

Red and some black berries on the nose, delicate herbaceous note. Clear and juicy, lively fruit with elegant acidity, fine, harmonious tannins, only very slightly astringent, delicate herbaceous notes on the palate, good persistence, fruity and herbaceous notes on the finish.

Sour cherries, blackberries and raspberries on the nose, some spicy oak. Quite juicy with noticeable, but quite well integrated oak, fairly fine, slightly astringent tannins, smoky notes on the palate, delicate herbs and spices, quite full-bodied, mineral notes, hint of dark chocolate on a good finish.
