The most important grape varieties
DOC area (also briefly Olevano Romano) for red wines in the Italian region Lazio . The zone includes the eponymous municipality Olevano Romano and some of the community Genazzano in the province of Roma. The wine is blended from Cesanese di Affile and / or Cesanese Comune (90-100%), and in any combination of Barbera, Montepulciano, Sangiovese, Bombino Bianco and Trebbiano Toscano (up to 10%). He is aged in Secco, Amabile and Dolce, and produced as a sparkling wine and sparkling wine. Two other areas are Cesanese Cesanese del Piglio and Cesanese di Affile .
