The estate is located in the municipality Maumusson in Madiran in southwestern France. The owner Alain Brumont is in large part for the jump in quality in this area charge. As in the 1970s, the INAO the tannate-share to a maximum of 40% in favor of other types of limited, growers fought under the leadership Brumonts against it, and stocked with four fifths of its vineyards Tannat. He experimented with the lowest yields, long fermentation , frequent racking and long barrel aging. There are two wineries and wine called Château Château Bouscassé and Montu. The vineyard area totals 160 hectares. The two Madiran wines are vinified to peak for the most part from Tannat and amounts of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc with a long, five-week fermentation and extended 16 months in new oak barrels.
The "Château Montus" comes from vineyards with gravel bottoms in the department of Hautes-Pyrenees. The "Château Bouscassé" grows on clayey limestone soils with more than 50-year-old vines in the Gers. For most documents will be produced from Tannat varietal purity of the "la Montus Tyre", which matures in some vintages such as 1994 and 2000, over five years in oak barrels. The second wines "Domaine My Jarre" and "torus" are. In both areas also developed dry and sweet white wines are among the AC Pacherenc du Vic-Bilh produced. Furthermore, also Vin de pays (country wines) produced.

Pears and apples on the nose, herbs and spices. Clear, full-bodied and cool on the palate, fairly prominent acidity, vegetal notes, herbs and spices, delicate tart notes, yeasty notes, some minerality, not particularly deep or concentrated, slightly noticeable alcohol, attractive to good finish.

Nose still undeveloped, preserved black berries and cherries, coffee, tart chocolate, light sooty notes, roasted notes and spicy oak. Very concentrated and full-bodied on the palate, but also has cool notes, juicy black fruit, roasted and sooty oak, very polished with fairly prominent fine tannins, light acid bite, persistent, noticeable alcohol, still largely undeveloped, dark chocolate and some more sooty notes in the background, medium depth, good long finish.

Nose still fairly shy, partly tart black berries, some red berries and cherries, restrained spicy old oak. Clear and quite juicy on the palate, light acid bite, roasted oak, fairly prominent, very fine tannins, good persistence, fairly polished style, quite full-bodied, still youthful, spicy nougat, chocolate and oak on quite a juicy finish.
