Charta Rheingau
Winegrowers Association of the German wine-growing area Rheingau was founded in 1984 by Bernard Georg Breuer (1947-2004) founded with the aim to maintain the classic Rheingau Riesling and to patronize. She counted last about 50 wineries as members. Over time there has been growing in membership and purpose overlaps with the VDP . As a result, the Charter was in March 1999 in Rheingau VDP Rheingau on. The Charter of wines to be produced by some plants to remain almost the same specifications. The dry to medium dry wines must be produced to be removed from 100% Riesling from the Rheingau's best locations. This corresponds within the three-stage variable data quality pyramid of the second stage of "classified documents". Confusingly, however, may not be the location indicated on the front label, but is allowed on the back label.
