DOC for red, rosé and white wine in the Italian region of Campania . The zone covers a vast hilly area in the province of Salerno, with 58 municipalities. The Bianco is from Fiano (60-65%), Trebbiano Toscano (20-30%), Greco Bianco and / or Malvasia Bianca (10-15%), and any other permitted white varieties (up to 10%) blended. Rosso and Rosato are produced from Aglianico (60-75%), Piedirosso and / or Primitivo (15-20%), Barbera (10-20%), and any other permitted red varieties (up to 10%). The Aglianico is from the same species (85-100%), and any Piedirosso and / or Primitivo (15%) is generated.
