The most important grape varieties

DOC area for a wide range of mostly dry reds, rosé and white wines in the Italian region of Tuscany . The very large area is identical with the DOCG Chianti and comprises a total of 77 communities in the four provinces of Arezzo, Florence, Pisa and Siena. It was created around the Chianti producers to enable the production of other wines.
