DOC for red and white wine in the Italian region Lazio . The zone includes the eponymous municipality Cori and parts of Cisterna di Latina community in the province of Latina. The removed in Secco, Amabile and Dolce Bianco is made of Malvasia Bianca di Candia (70%), Trebbiano Toscano (70%), and Bellone and / or Trebbiano Giallo (30%) blended. The dry Rosso is made from Montepulciano (40-60%), Nero Buono di Cori (20-40%) and Cesanese Comune (10-30%).
