Large estate and trading company with its headquarters in Athens in the Greek province of central Attica . The symbol of the "Domaine Hatzimichalis" is a turkey (Turkey). The vineyard area totals approximately 180 hectares of vineyards. They are in the Atalante Valley, near the Mount Parnassos in the Euboean bay. There are cultivated varieties of the international Cabernet Sauvignon, Carignan, Chardonnay, Grenache, Merlot, Sauvignon Blanc and Syrah, as well as local varieties Limnio, Robola, Roditis, and Savatiano Xynomavro. The owner Dimitris Hatzimichalis brought out in 1982, the first Cabernet Sauvignon. After his own investigation he is convinced that this sort of already made by the philosopher Aristotle (384-322 BC) mentioned Kapnias variety (meaning "smoked") is derived. Known as the "Kapnias" called deep red table wine is aged 20 months in oak barrels and has a shelf life up to ten years.

Berry nose, not totally clean, majoran and other herbs, bell peppers, roasted fleshy notes. More herbs and spices on the palate, again slightly unclear, firm slightly rustic and partly dried berry fruit, some more bell peppers, slightly astringent tannins, cedary notes, attractive finish.

Red berries and herbaceous notes on the nose, roasted and slightly burnt notes. Quite firm on the palate with a light acid bite, tart red berry fruit and some quite crisp plums, some mroe light burnt notes, good backbone, integrated tannins, has its own character, quite individual, attractive to good finish.
