The estate is located in the town of Oia on the island of Thira Baxes the Aegean islands Santorini . It was founded in 1991 by Paris Sigalas, Christos and Yiannis Markozane Toundas. The winery in Oia Baxes was taken into operation in 1998. In 2003, a stake was made by Alexander Avataggelos and the operation was given its present name. As a result, there were large investments in new technology and modernization of production. Paris Sigalas serves as managing director, the best known wine makers Greece counts. The vineyards cover 19 hectares (including 13 owned), which are planted with white varieties Assyrtiko and Athiri Aspro, as well as with the red varieties and Mandilaria Mavrotragano. It is semi-natural wine after Organic Viticulture both dry and sweet as Vinsanto And several Topikos Ionos (country wines). Every year around 300,000 bottles of wine are produced. Since 2005 the sales of wines made by VS Karoulias. They are exported to many European countries, as well as to Japan, Hong Kong, Dubai, USA and Canada.

Tart yellow fruit on the nose, tart vegetal and light earthy notes, dried herbs and mineral notes. Firm and full-bodied on the palate, ripe creamy and slightly spicy fruit, elegant acidity, burnt yeasty notes in the background, mineral notes and oak, has grip, fairly persistent, quite a good finish.

Delicately oxidative nose, preserved and dried grapes and apples, hint of citrus, prominent sugar candy, herbs and a hint of iodine, dried orange zest and tobacco. Quite concentrated on the palate, very sweet and creamy fruit, also has an elegant acid bite, currants and some more dried orange zest, loads of sugar candy, good persistence, not particularly deep, very good finish.

Yellow fruit and some vegetal notes on the nose, touch of bread. Full-bodied on the palate, bread again, prominent vegetal and light herbaceous notes, very ripe fruit, light acid bite, slightly astringent tannins, quite firm and fairly persistence, still undeveloped, mineral notes in the background, improves with aeration, still slightly rough on an otherwise good finish.
