Plums and berries on the nose, very light oxidative notes, herbaceous and earthy notes, some old oak. Tart, firm red berry fruit on the palate, some dried and slightly bitter wild herbs, slightly rustic style, shows its origins and has some character, medium, slightly prominent tannins, slightly astringent and bitter on an attractive to good finish.

Uncomplicated style, sweetish preserved red currant fruit on the palate, some dried cherries, hiviscus and some traces of gentian root, has some character, fairly prominent, slightly astringent tannins, slightly bitter, but not overly so, on an attractive finish.

Fairly mature nose, dried and overripe red berries, some brown apples and dried herbs, hint of old oak. Fairly mature again on the palate, prominent red berry fruit, delicately juicy, also herbs and dried herbs, slightly brittle oak, partly dried sour cherries, persistent and has some substance, some light mineral notes, slightly prominent but quite well integrated tannins, prominent acidity, rustic style, shows its origins, slightly astringent on a good finish.
