DOC for dry red, rosé and white wines in the Italian region Calabria . The area includes the municipalities Aprigliano, Cellara, Cosenza, Dipignano, Figline Vegliaturo, Mangone, Paterno Calabro, Pedace, Piane Crati and Pietrafitta in the province of Cosenza. The Bianco is blended from Mantonico Bianco (50-100%) in any mixture Greco Bianco and / or Malvasia Bianca and / or Pecorello Bianco (30%), and any other permitted white varieties (up to 20%). Rosso (also called Novello) and Rosato are from Magliocco (even Mantonico Nero) = Gaglioppo (50-90%), Greco Nero (10-50%) in any mixture Malvasia Bianca, Greco Bianco, Bianco and Mantonico Pecorello Bianco (up 10%), and any other permitted red (max. 20%) and white varieties (up to 10% in production).
