Early Landed Cognac
English term for a vintage cognac or a traditional manufacturing-type, the 18th to the Goes back centuries. At that time, were younger distillates (one to three years), introduced by France to Great Britain and stored in London and Bristol in damp cellars under the control of the British customs authorities. These specific ripening conditions in cold, damp basements give the cognac a special character. This tradition is especially Thomas Hine maintained.
