The most important grape varieties
DOC for dry red, rosé and white wines in the Italian region (island) Sicily . This is a very old vineyard area in which in 1596 published "Storia the Vini d'Italia" (History of Italian wines) are wines mentioned on here and attributed the exceptional quality of the Etna volcano blew, fly ash added.
