Including the Wein-Plus Glossary on your homepage

The Wein-Plus Glossary is a wine encyclopaedia providing comprehensive information on wine to visitors to your homepage. There is no more comprehensive German-language wine encyclopaedia on the Internet.

You may quote from the glossary, or install the search function on your homepage (see below).

Quoting from the Glossary

The following rules apply with regard to quoting from the glossary:

  • A maximum of three glossary terms may be taken over per website (several contiguous pages of a provider are counted as a website).
  • Terms and the attached explanations may be taken over in their entirety.
  • Below the text you have copied, a reference must be stated in the same font size in the following form:
"Copyright by Wein-Plus Wine Glossary" with the words "Wein-Plus Wine Glossary" being linked to the following URL: http://www.wein-plus.eu/en/Glossar_3.html
  • Immediately after you have taken over the text, you must inform Wein-Plus of your action by E-Mail to info@wein-plus.eu.
  • This permission may be withdrawn at any time.

Installing the search function on your homepage

You can upgrade the value of your homepage by integrating the glossary, and at the same time you can repay us in exchange for the free presence of your homepage in our web catalogue.

The search is implemented in three media:

  • First, the search goes to an online encyclopaedia consisting of around 16,000 wine-related terms, many of which are described in great detail. The glossary will continue to expand in future. Every unsuccessful search term is recorded, and is used in our efforts to provide even more complete information.
  • An additional click will take your visitors to the archive of the wine forum, where the engine will search for the desired term.
  • Yet another click will take your visitors to the web catalogue, an index of more than 4.100 wine-related homepages, to search for the desired term.

In our opinion, there cannot be any more comprehensive data base on the topic of wine. Your visitors will return to your homepage frequently, whenever they are looking for wine-related information.

This is approximately how the glossary will appear on your homepage:

Give it a try, by simply entering a term into the search field.

Naturally, the colour and design can be adjusted to fit in with your page design. A typical example can be found here:
