Tart cherries and berries on the nose, herbs and spices, dried flowers, some cocoa, preserved plums and some licorice. Juicy fruit on the palate, chocolate, some more herbs and licorice, sugar candy in the background, fine, sandy, youthful tannins, still slightly rough, persistent, very creamy, but also has an elegant acid bite, mineral traces, has some depth, still young, earthy, mineral and vegetal notes as well as nutty, spicy notes on a very good long finish.

Slightly open nose, partly dried and preserved sour cherries and berries, herbaceous notes with lovage, thyme and majoram, hint of licorice. Very full-bodied on the palate, ripe, partly preserved fruit, prominent toasted oak, chocolate and some nutty notes, fairly prominent tannins, still slightly rough, persistent, noticeable alcohol, herbs and spices in the background, some dried fruit, earthy notes, chocolate and licorice as well as more noticeable alcohol on a very good finish.

Fairly aromatic nose, sour cherries, preserved black berries, juniper, dried herbs and a touch of mint. Polished, juicy, partly preserved fruit on the palate, fairly prominent but very fine tannins, chocolate and again a touch of mint, creamy with good persistence, still young, becomes more juicy with aeration, cool minty notes on a very good finish.

Tart nose with light animal notes, preserved black and some red berries, dried vegetal and light minty notes, hint of dark chocolate, earthy traces. Very tart again on the palaqte, but also quite juicy, predominantly dark fruit, light acid bite, earthy notes, old oak, touch of dark chocolate, fairly persistent, medium-fine, youthful tannins, good finish.

Tart nose with some dark chocolate, partly dried and preserved dark fruit, herbs and spices, hint of licorice. Fairly juicy polished, very ripe fruit on the palate, toasted oak, chocolate and nutty notes, fine sandy tannins, persistent, very full-bodied, noticeable alcohol, hint of malt, improves with aeration, good to very good finish.

Fairly open nose, touch of bacon, preserved and candied cherries and black berries, some red berries, prominent toasted oak and chocolate. Jammy again on the palate, with oak and chocolate, burnt nuts, cereals, very creamy with noticeable alcohol, but also has a light acid bite, slightly sandy tannins, not particularly deep, some dried fruit as well as chocolate and nutty notes on an attractive to good finish. Slightly overworked.

Muted nose, pomaceous fruit, earthy and very light grassy notes. Restrained fruit on the palate, vegetal notes with a touch of bell peppers, rather phenolic and slightly blunt, moderate acidity, has some substance, fairly tranquil style, acceptable to attractive finish.

Ripe dark berries and plums on the nose, dried medicinal herbs, cedary notes and some old oak. Tart red berry fruit on the palate, plums, grated apple and some oranges, herbaceous notes in the background, fairly full-bodied, but not a lot of substance, medium tannins, attractive to good finish.

Tart, slightly sour nose, mixed berries and cherries, earthy and mineral as well as prominent vegetal notes. Cool, tart and juicy on the palate, tart herbs and spices, refreshing fine sandy tannins, attractive acid bite, traditional, fairly rustic style in the positive sense, presistent, full-bodied but by no means heavy, contoured and very harmonious, very good finish.

Clear nose, cherries and berries, light herbs and spices. Clean again on the palate, polished fruit, fine, still youthful tannins, good persistence, herbaceous and vegetal notes, very harmonious and refreshing, good to very good finish.
