Gaisberg
Most south-east slopes of the mountain near the village Manhart chambers in the Lower Austrian wine region Kamp . The survey is only through the vineyard Grub separately, in the vicinity of the famous Zöbinger Heiligenstein . Located on a same Gaisberg, south-south oriented vineyard (location). This consists largely of rock weathering with brown soil contact. In the upper part there are soils of weathered mica schist. In Austria, this is often referred to as "primitive stone-ground". The lower, eastern area has a sandy Lössauflage and is partially resistant to frost and drought risk. On the Gaisberg are cultivated mainly the white varieties Riesling, Grüner Veltliner and Neuburger. For example, the shares have wineries Allram , Arndorfer , Peter Dolle , Birgit Eichinger , Ludwig Hiedler , John Hirsch , Castle Gobelsburg , Schreibeis , John pot , Weixelbaum Heinz and Zottlöderer . In the lower part of the vineyard, there Gaisberg Ofenberg, which is characterized by a loess-covered with soil and its micro-climate. This is almost predestined for the Grüner Veltliner.
