Totally dry, restrained fruit on the palate, prominent vegetal notes, elegant acidity, fairly persistent, earthy traces, very well balanced, has an individual character, tart notes on a good finish, more vegetal than fruity.

Currants, dried flowers and candied nuts on the nose, intense sweetish and tart spice, delicate cloves, touch of licorice and malt. Very sweet fruit on the palate, more currants, some licorice and sugar candy, elegant acidity,hint of dried flowers, mature tannins, good persistence, spicy notes, has some depth, oxidative traces on a very good long finish.

Partly dried red berries on the nose, some whisky liqueur and spicy oak. Red berries on the palate, sweetish spicy notes, again reminiscent of whisky liqueur, medium-fine, slightly astringent tannins, oxidative nuances, slightly creamy, unusual, but pleasant to drink, attractive to good finish.

Dried figs, dates, some burnt nuts, malt and dark caramel on a complex nose, light herbaceous notes. Fairly dominant acidity makes for a cool impression on the palate, appears slightly lighter than it is, some more dried fruit, malt, molasses as well as prominent citrus notes, some light mineral notes, quite youthful in spite of the fawn colour, delicate herbaceous notes and a touch of nougat on a long finish.

Slightly reticent nose, pomaceous fruit, light earthy and animal notes, burnt and mineral notes. Firm on the palate, uncomplicated style, small yellow fruit and tart pomaceous fruit, also some crisp, vegetal acidity, shows its origins, medium body, slightly rough on an otherwise attractive to good finish.

Partly candied pomaceous fruit and honeydew melon on the nose, touch of caramel, sweetish spicy oak. Full-bodied very creamy with sweetish spicy notes, partly dried and partly candied yellow fruit on the palate, very elegant acidity, herbaceous notes and some delicate roasted notes, very creamy and persistent, has some depth, spicy oak and caramel on a good finish.
