DOC for red and white wine in the Italian region Lazio . The doc covers the entire community Genazzano namesake, and partly the communities Cave, San Vito Romano and Romano Olevano in the province of Roma. The Bianco is blended from Malvasia Bianca di Candia (50-70%), Bellone and Bombino (10-30%), and in any combination of Trebbiano Toscano, Pinot Bianco and other permitted white varieties (up to 40%). The Rosso is made from Sangiovese (70-90%), Cesanese (10-30%), and other permitted red varieties. Both are aged in Secco and Amabile and produced as Novello.
