Firm smoky nose, some tart spicy oak, sour cherries and preserved black berries, earthy and mineral notes, hint of chocolate. Full-bodied and juicy on the palate, ripe, concentrated fruit, prominent oak, fairly prominent, still slightly astringent tannins, tart dried vegetal and herbaceous notes, dark chocolate, fairly noticeable mineral notes in the background, very creamy, quite a big body, good persistence, slightly rustic style, very good finish.

Ripe red and black berries on the nose, light spicy oak. Polished, straightforward fruit on the palate, light spice, quite fine tannins, medium body and substance, slightly persistent, harmonious and pleasant to drink, hint of oak, attractive to good finish.

Fairly cool nose, black berries and some cherries, light vegetal and earthy notes, moderate spicy oak. Full-bodied and creamy on the palate, ripe fruit, spicy oak, some chocolate and nougat, fairly fine tannins, good persistence, slightly noticeable alcohol, but quite well integrated, more earthy notes in the background, has some depth, good to very good finish.

Very polished nose, ripe mixed berries and some cherries, moderate, fairly elegant spicy oak, light herbaceous and floral traces. Clear, polished, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, fairly restrained spicy oak, fine, fairly mature tannins, light vegetal and earthy notes, good persistence and has some depth, starting to show some maturity, excellent balance, slightly sweetish spicy notes on a very good, fairly juicy finish.

Matt garnet with brown notes. Heavy oak dominates the rustic nose. Slightly more fruit in the mouth, but oak remains dominant, fairly fine but rather dry tannins, creamy on the palate, cocoa. cherry and plum preserves, powerful body, quite a good finish. Needs time to mature, and may improve if the oak manages to integrate itself.

Slightly matt garnet. Nose dominated by Cabernet, black berries, green peppers, plums, with slightly grassy aromas and smoky oak in the background. Quite strong vegetal flavours in the mouth, lots of smoke and roasted oak, fruit rather in the background, astringent on the palate, high alcohol, attractive finish. Unfortunately almost smothered by the oak.

Clear cherry to garnet. Aromas of red and black berries, sweet cherries and spices. Clean and quite juicy in the mouth, straightforward style, with fine, ripe tannins, spicy again on the palate, quite powerful body, attractive to good finish.

Deep crimson with black core. Reductive nose, slight animal notes, wild berries and sour cherries. Fairly cool fruit, fine dusty tannins, spicy notes, powerful body with noticeable alcohol, roasted aromas reminiscent of cocoa, quite good presence on the palate, very fruity, not particularly deep, good length.
