Boursiquot Jean-Michel
The French Ampelograph Dr. Jean-Michel Boursiquot (born 1958) comes from a winemaking family in Charentes (Cognac). He studied Viticulture Institute in Montpellier under Pierre Pierre Galet (1921), his successor as head of the Ampelography he was. In collaboration with the University of California He was from the 1990s contributed significantly to the educational pedigree of the varieties Carmenère , Chardonnay , Durif , Gouais Blanc , Merlot , Merlot Blanc , Petite Sirah , Syrah , Txakoli and many Pinots involved, among other things, which he closely with Dr. Carole Carole Meredith cooperates.
