The estate is located in the municipality Kalochori (a suburb of Thessaloniki) in the Greek region Macedonia . It was founded in 1911 by Evangelos Kechris. Since 1984, the operation of Stelios Kechris jointly with his wife and three daughters. In 2009 a newly built modern equipped winery was taken with a capacity of 530,000 bottles of wine into operation. The vineyards cover 45 hectares of vineyards that are planted with the red varieties Xynomavro, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, and the white wine varieties Assyrtiko, Roditis, Muscat and Sauvignon Blanc.
