The "wine and sparkling wine Kössler" lies in the Eppan (Appiano) in the Italian wine sector South Tyrol (Area Trentino-Alto Adige ). The origin of the traditional operation is already in 1631. It was founded in 2005 by the Association of St. Paul's winery taken. Managing Director is Dr. Alessandro Righi, as cellar master, Wolfgang Tratter responsible. There are the white varieties Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Muller-Thurgau, Gewurztraminer, Sauvignon Blanc and Moscato giallo, and the red varieties Vernatsch, Lagrein, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot processed. The wines are mostly as DOC Kalterersee , Santa Maddalena and South Tyrol styles in the "Classico" and "special line" produces. The sect flaschenvergorenen be marketed under the name "Praeciarus" in the styles Brut, Rosé and Noblessa Riserva (vintage sparkling wine only in exceptional years).
