Full-bodied, dark, slightly tart fruit, lots of toasted oak, rather dry tannins, creamy on the palate with noticeable alcohol, slightly oxidative, smoky notes in the background, slightly rustic style, strongly astringent notes on an otherwise attractive to good finish.
