DOC for dry red, rosé and white wines in the Italian region Calabria . The area includes the municipalities of Curinga, Falerna, Feroleto Antico, Gizzeria, Lamezia Terme, Maida, Pianopoli and San Pietro a Maida in the province of Catanzaro, and the community Francavilla Angitola in the province of Vibo Valentina. The varietal white Greco is made from at least 85% Greco Bianco. The Bianco is blended from Malvasia Bianca (20-100%), Greco Bianco (50%), Trebbiano Toscano (40%), and other permitted white varieties (up to 30%).
