Lergenmüller
The estate is located in the municipality Hainfeld (Southern Wine Road area) in the German wine-growing area Palatine . The family history dates back to 1538. An Estate Restaurant "Landhaus Herrenberg" is connected. The operation is led by Stefan and Juergen Lergenmüller. The vineyards cover 80 hectares with over 300 individual parcels over a length of ten kilometers along the wine route to Godramstein Rhodt. They are planted with the red varieties Pinot Noir, Dornfelder, Portuguese, Merlot, St. Laurent and Cabernet Sauvignon, and the white varieties Pinot Gris, Riesling, Pinot Blanc, Gewürztraminer, Müller-Thurgau, Scheurebe, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Silvaner, Kerner and Muscat. The red wines are traditionally fermented on the skins. The wines are mostly dry. On location names are not used. The term "terroir wines" are the red wine blends Philip L. and LP, the red wines merlot red clay, Pinot Noir Angiolino, Cabernet Sauvignon and St. Laurent veteran, and the white wines Chardonnay pure mineral, Pinot Blanc limestone, Pinot Gris sandstone and Sauvignon Blanc Feuerstein made. There are other wines under the name "Cépages". Are also produced flaschenvergorene sect. In 1998 in the town, the winery was Burrweiler taken, which is run independently.
