The most important grape varieties
DOC (also Lessini) for mostly dry reds, rosé and white wines in the Italian region Veneto . The area includes seven municipalities in the province of Verona and 21 in the province of Vicenza. The white Durello (also known as Durello Spumante) is produced from Durella (at least 85%), and any Chardonnay, Garganega, Trebbiano di Soave, Pinot Bianco and Pinot Nero (15%). The sweet raisin wine is made Durello Durella (50-100%), and possibly in any mixture Garganega, Pinot Bianco, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir (50%) blended. The Bianco is made from Chardonnay (50-100%), and in any combination of Pinot Bianco, Pinot Noir, Pinot Grigio and Sauvignon Blanc. The Rosso is produced from Merlot (50-100%), and in any combination of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Carmenère, Corvina, Pinot Nero (50%). The sparkling wine is produced from Chardonnay (50-100%) and Pinot Bianco and / or Pinot Noir (50%). In this mix there is also a Rosato (Rosé).
