Firm, sweet and presistent dried and caramelised Mediterranean fruit on the palate, some muscat, candied zests, tart spicy medicinal herbs, integrated moderate acidity, mineral notes on a very good finish.

Fairly moderate muscat notes on the nose, sugar candy, medicinal herbs, candied pomaceous fruit and some spice. Slightly medicinal candied pomaceous fruit on the palate, spicy notes and a touch of mint, delicately tart, mineral traces in the background, integrated acidity, still quite youthful and slightly restless, noticeable alcohol on a good to very good finish.

Restrained nose, hint of zests, slightly bitter muscat notes, dried herbs and leafy vegetal notes. Fairly closed on the palate and almost austere, bitter spices and dried herbs, slightly flroal muscat fruit, some kumquat and lime zestsm very delicate hint of tannins, quite mdoerate acidity, slightly sharp alcohol provides backbone, light mineral traces, still youthful and closed, good finish.
