DOC for white wine in the Italian region (island) Sardinia . The zone encompasses 108 municipalities in the province of Cagliari and 79 municipalities in the province of Oristano. The wines are made 100% authentic from the Malvasia di Sardegna. There are variants of the secco (dry well), and Dolce, Liquoroso Secco (also known as Dry Liquoroso) and Liquoroso Dolce. The Liquorosos may be two years aging reserve call.
