The most important grape varieties
Greek appellation with two towns and nine villages in the heart of the island Peloponnese . It is named after the high plateau 600 meters above sea level. To 70% here is the white grape variety cultivated, from which the white wine Mantinia OPAP is made. The rest occupied the indigenous white variety Asproudes. Well-known producers are Boutari , Cambas , Spiropoulos and Tselepos .
