DOC for a wide range of red and white wines in the Italian region (island) Sicily . The area includes the municipalities of Sciacca, Sciacca at Sambuca di Sicilia and the province of Agrigento, and the community Castelvetrano in the province of Trapani. The varietal wines must be produced from at least 85% of each variety, the rest can be approved varieties of the same color. These are the wines of Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Grecanico, Inzolia or Ansonica, Merlot, Nero d'Avola, Sangiovese and Syrah. The Vendemmia Tardiva (late harvest) is from late-harvested, with some already partially dried grapes of Chardonnay and / or Catarratto Bianco Lucido and / or Inzolia (Ansonica) was collected and / or Sauvignon Blanc.
The Feudo dei Fiori is made from Ansonica (Insolia) and / or Chardonnay (80-100%), and other permitted white varieties (up to 20%). The Bonera is produced in any use of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Nero d'Avola, Sangiovese and Syrah (85-100%), and any other approved varieties (up to 15%). With two years of age and 12.5% alcohol content he may reserve call. The Bianco is blended in any mixture of Catarratto Bianco Lucido, Chardonnay, and Grecanico Inzolia (75-100%), and other permitted white varieties (up to 25%). The Rosso is produced in any desired mix of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Nero d'Avola, Sangiovese and Syrah (70-100%)), and other permitted red varieties (30%). With two years of age and 12.5% alcohol content, he may be called Riserva.
