Rolland Michel
The French enologist Michel Rolland (born 1947) is one of the most sought-after Adviser in the wine world. His knowledge he imparts many wineries around the world. The special area is the vinification of wines in the Bordeaux style. He studied at the University of Bordeaux in the days when there the famous winemaker and taster Professor Emile Emile Peynaud (1912-2004) was active.
