The most important grape varieties
The Austrian wine region is one of four of the federal state of Burgenland , and covers 2118 hectares. Even the Celts Romans and operated vineyard here. It is worth mentioning that in the course of a species-characterization study at the Federal Institute for Viticulture in Eisenstadt it was established that the origin Mittelburgenland can be determined analytically. This is due to wine components, especially of mineral and Flavourings Clearly possible. Striking here was the very high content of the Health phenolic compound Resveratrol .
The Blend is based on the annual survey conducted in 2009 Weingarten. Central Burgenland, the Austrian wine growing region.
