Delicately tart nose, black berries and bitter herbaceous notes, delicate hint of chocolate. Clear, elegant and juicy on the palate, herbaceous notes and nutty traces, very fine tannins and fine mousse, but very pleasant to drink, interestingly enough it is better now than it was in its youth, good finish.

Youthful nose, red berries and some light citrus notes, herbs and spices in the background. Slightly tart red berry fruit on the palate, some more limes and herbaceous notes, almost dry, delicately juicy with an elegant acid bite, moderate mousse, light tannic touch, not particularly deep, very refreshing, attractive finish.

Overripe, dried yellow fruit on the nose, delicate hint of bread. Sweet candied yellow fruit on the palate, some citrus and a hint of brioche, fairly open, some brown apple, frothy mousse, not particularly deep, approachable and pleasant to drink, acceptable to attractive finish.

Still quite undeveloped and closed on the palate, soft dried beery fruit, piquant and bitter, some fruit marinated in rum, concentrated, full-bodied and persistent, but not obtrusive, touch of medicinal herbs, integrated oak, touch of chocolate, integrated, slightly dusty tannins, long finish.
