DOC for white, sweet sparkling wine in the Italian region Sardinia . The zone covers the entire island, but the wine is predominantly produced in the Anglona and Gallura mountains in the north. It is made from Moscato Bianco (90-100%), and any other permitted white varieties (up to 10%). Some communities in the Gallura region in the provinces of Nuoro and Sassari may bear the sub-zone designation Tempio Tempio Pausania or Gallura, on the label.
